The only place that does official repairs is the Nintendo company based in Melbourne. You can look around but I don't know if they're certified or not.

It doesn't have to be under warranty. I'm pretty Nintendo would repair Wii's, but they'll charge you rather than doing it for free.

DO NOT SENT IT TO BEETRONIX IN SYDNEY. I am in melbourne and sent it to them to replace the motherboard. 3 weeks later it came back with a return address of a melbourne shop 10 minutes away and not fixed. After many emails and abrupt, rude phone calls which resulted in a BS reason as to why it couldn't be fixed I managed to contact the Melb repair guy. He said he new nothing of the motherboard repair and had just spent a little over an hour trying to unbrick it. He was extremely helpful. If you need modding in Melb contact Robyn at Mobile Essentials in Knox Shopping Centre 98002700. As for Beetronix. They couldn't fix themselves a sandwich.
